ICM employs ten natural stone specialists, each of whom is trained according to the industry's highest quality standards. Their stone craftsmen combine for more than 100 years of experience in design, fabrication and installation of marble and granite countertops.

Ivan Martinez started in the marble and granite industry in 1980 and has learned from some of the world's finest natural stone specialists. His experience in fabrication and installation now spans close to three decades. In addition, he designed and built in-house most of the equipment currently in use at ICM. Ivan takes pride in personally supervising the measurement and production of each ICM job to ensure they meet his own demanding standards of quality.

Dollie Martinez manages the day-to-day business operations, ICM's stone inventory and personally schedules all projects to ensure dependable schedule commitments. Her favorite activity is assisting customers in exploring the many design possibilities of marble and granite countertops.

Both Ivan and Dollie enjoy most the opportunities they are given to personally share in the excitement of first time customers as they discover the beauty and value of granite countertops for their home.
